5 sessions
First Session will typically run for somewhere between an hour and an hour and a half. Subsequent sessions run for approximately three quarters of an hour, but please allow an hour as I won’t stop if we are in the middle of something very important. Times are approximate as everyone I work with is different, so we move along at different speeds. Finishing earlier or later is not a measure of how well or badly a session is going.

   15 minutes personal booster
Session 3    
   Targets and goals (how do you eat an elephant?)
   Neuroplasticity, you can teach an old dog new tricks.
   How the negativity bias influences your emotional brain
   Disrupt negative thinking, gather the evidence?
   Anxiety or excitement, what’s your choice?
   The power of self-awareness
Session 4    
   How a raisin can change your world
   Why pragmatism will always triumph over positive thinking.
   The things you believe about yourself may not be true.
   The beginner's mind and the power of listening
   Journaling and The Science of Gratitude 
Session 5    
   It’s the same you wherever you are.
   Targets and goals revisited.
   How to be process driven
   The power of reframing.
   What’s your story?
