My Story
It would be fair to say my background is not typical of those who provide this sort of coaching.  How so? 
I draw on my experience as an engineer, leader, instructor, and coach across various environments—ranging from military and sports to medical engineering. I have managed teams in critical service environments. I have written and presented successful customer service and train the trainer courses. I have mentored engineers, coaches and trainers. I have coached successful teams and individuals.
During this journey I have seen what works (and what doesn’t). What brings out the best in individuals and teams. By combining this experience with my training in mental performance and mindfulness teaching, I offer mindfulness-based performance solutions for coping with the inner battles we all face. The inner barriers to personal progression. This mindful performance approach can serve as a cornerstone for enhancing overall well-being and achieving greater mental clarity. Key factors for improvement in so many fields.
I don’t tell people what to do, I work with them to discover what thought processes are restricting their progress and then how we can reroute them to clarify the path to progression. If we choose to work together don’t be surprised if the path we discover for you opens the door to opportunities you had previously not considered. Once we reduce that mental noise and let you be more aware of yourself and your surroundings who knows what you will see or what you can achieve. 
Maybe we could work together, maybe we won’t.
