Let's be clear from the outset: what I offer is not exclusively for elite athletes or senior executives. This is for anyone who wants to break free from the patterns of thinking that quietly hold them back; the internal narratives, the ingrained habits, the mental noise that chips away at confidence and performance over time.

If you want to reduce anxiety, gain clarity, shift unhelpful habits, or handle stress and pressure more effectively, you're in the right place.

The answers are often already in you

The real challenge is that it's almost impossible to see your own patterns clearly from the inside. One of the most consistent moments of relief I witness with clients is simply when we define what the actual challenge is.

Clearly and honestly.

My initial role is a form of non-judgemental accountability: helping you name what's really going on.

My approach

I'm solution-focused, practical and direct. 
This is about genuine, lasting change not gimmicks or quick fixes. 
I don't deal in magic phrases, "power moves" or thirty-second hacks that promise the world. There is real work to be done. 
The more you commit to the process, the quicker the results tend to follow.

Why work with me

I'm not a typical Performance Therapist and I've no interest in being one. 
My background wasn't built in a lecture hall; it was built under real-world pressure: sports coaching, military instruction, industry management, technical tutoring, and mentoring coaches and trainers.
I've worked in environments where performance genuinely matters. 
Where excuses don't last long and results aren't optional. I came to this line of work looking for answers to what I'd seen throughout my career: the patterns, the self-sabotage, the wasted potential, the way pressure breaks some people and sharpens others. 
What I learnt didn't replace my experience, it deepened it. 
That's the foundation of how I work today.
I don't offer one-size-fits-all therapy or surface-level conversations. I use experience, instinct and a practical understanding of human behaviour to get to the root of your challenges. Whether that's mental blocks, low confidence, poor habits, decision-making under pressure, or persistent self-sabotage.
I'll be honest with you: I'm not the right fit for everyone.
If you're looking for quick fixes, comfort-only sessions or generic motivational chat, I'm not your man.
But if you want honest challenge, genuine clarity, and a process grounded in lived experience, I can help you move forward, and move forward quickly.
