For Pre-Planned Courses

If you are looking to join Mindfulness Now or Quit4Life, simply click on the specific course page. You’ll find all the information you need there, along with a link to book and pay for your spot instantly.

 

For Bespoke Performance Therapy

Because this service is tailored specifically to you, we start with a conversation.

 

Get in Touch: Click the "Sign Me Up" button and fill out the short intake form so I know when you are available.

 

Let’s Chat: We will schedule a free, 20-minute Zoom call consultation. This is our chance to discuss your goals and ensure we’re a perfect team to tackle them.

 

Book Your Block: When you are happy to proceed, you can book your initial 3-session block or on a session by session basis (payment is taken upfront).

 

Schedule Your Growth: We can book your sessions for any time that suits us both. Generally, I suggest keeping them a week apart, perhaps extending to a fortnight after the first few sessions.

 

Looking Forwards: Great changes can happen quickly! Because of this, and because I do not offer refunds on booked blocks, I suggest we don't book too far into the future. However, if you do need more time after our first four sessions, you can easily add single sessions or a 3-session bundle as needed.
