The Quit4Life programme combines Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), Clinical Hypnosis, CBT and solution-focused approaches to give you genuine, practical support on your journey to becoming smoke-free.
I’m a firm believer that real change comes from the inside out. And while no method can promise success, CBH can make that crucial difference—helping you trust that you can quit and giving you the confidence to follow through.
Much of smoking is driven by subconscious habits and that familiar little inner voice. Sometimes it’s supportive; sometimes it’s the one whispering reasons not to change. Together, we work on reshaping that voice so it becomes an ally, not an obstacle.
Changing the way we think shifts the way we feel—and that’s what creates the behaviours that matter most.

Why Hypnotherapy Works So Well
Hypnotherapy for smoking cessation has been shown to be one of the most effective methods available—and it’s completely safe.
This isn’t new or experimental. Over 30 years ago, New Scientist published the results of a major clinical review covering more than 600 studies and 72,000 smokers. Success rates were:
•    60% – Hypnosis
•    24% – Acupuncture
•    10% – Nicotine Replacement Therapy
•    6% – Willpower alone
That means hypnotherapy showed a superior quit success. 
Both Hypnotherapy and CBT are approved by the UK Government and recognised by NICE as effective therapeutic approaches.
