What is Mental Performance Therapy for Sport?
Mental Performance Therapy for sport is about training the mind the same way you train the body — so you can perform with clarity, confidence and consistency under pressure.
It works on the mental side of performance: how you think, how you feel, and how your brain responds in high-stakes moments. Using techniques such as NLP, Hypnotherapy, EFT and Mindfulness, it helps remove mental blocks and strengthen the mindset needed to perform at your peak.

How sessions work
Sessions are 1-to-1, online, and focused entirely on your performance goals.
We start by identifying the exact mental patterns that are limiting your performance — the thoughts, emotions or reactions that show up under pressure. Once we know the pattern, we use targeted techniques (like NLP, hypnosis, EFT or mental rehearsal) to change that pattern quickly and effectively.
Each session:
